Nine courses over about three hours.
A small dining room with low lamps and twelve seats per sitting. One tasting menu of nine courses, built around the hills: lamb, grilled artichokes, garden vegetables.
The host confirms each table.

Up to 12 guests can start at each time. Seatings every 60 minutes, and a table is kept for 180 minutes.

- Please arrive on time: the menu starts for the whole room
- Dietary needs with at least two days notice
Cancellation policy
Strict: cancel up to 14 days before for a full deposit refund.
A host cancellation always refunds the full deposit. Changes close 24 hours before arrival.
